Conservatives too dumb to realize the Chevy Volt has a 100 mph maximum speed

On Twitter, conservatives are spreading the falsehood that the Chevy Volt (electric/gasoline car) runs no faster than 70mph. No sources are cited of course, because real research would reveal that its maximum speed is 100 mph. Twitter member @jamieradtke has been a leading BS artist in this regard.
